MHealth has several levels of customer service, designed to make the health plan run smoothly and for every covered member to have immediate access to assistance whenever needed.
For members, our Customer Service Area is open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday. Questions concerning the plan, including claims issues, eligibility and provider networks, can be addressed. Bilingual customer service representatives are available.
Employers, members and physicians have access to online services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This enables MHealth to be accessible at the most convenient times for our customers.
As a covered member, MHealth will provide a personalized I.D. card which will provide important information about your plan benefits, dependent coverage and Rx benefits. Your I.D. card will also include phone numbers for MHealth to reach Customer Service and to request authorizations for hospital admissions, surgery or testing, as well as information about the PPO network being utilized.
MHealth I.D. cards should be presented at the physician’s office or hospital facility to identify you as a MHealth covered member.
