MHealth Provider Network
*MHealth Network providers must be used by all residents of the 11-County MHealth Service Area (see map of the 11 counties below). This includes all employees who work within the 11-County MHealth Service Area. All plan members who reside outside the 11 counties must use providers in the MHealth Network when visiting the 11 counties except during emergency situations. Note: PHCS - Healthy Directions Network (administered by MultiPlan) and Texas True Choice providers in the 11-county area are considered out-of-network for all plan members.

For Texas Residents Outside the MHealth 11-County Area
Texas True Choice (TTC)
* Texas True Choice providers are considered in-network only in Texas and only outside of the 11-County MHealth Service Area (see map of the 11 counties above). All plan members who reside in Texas (outside the 11 counties) must use providers in the MHealth Network when visiting the 11 counties except during emergency situations. Residents of the 11-County MHealth Service Area must receive an authorization to see any provider—including a Texas True Choice provider—when in the rest of Texas outside the 11 counties except during emergency situations. For Residents Outside Texas
Private Healthcare Systems (PHCS) - Healthy Directions Network administered by MultiPlan *
* PHCS – Healthy Directions Network (administered by MultiPlan) providers are considered in-network only outside of Texas. All plan members who reside outside of Texas must use providers in the MHealth Network when visiting the 11-County MHealth Service Area except during emergency situations. If services are rendered in Texas, but outside the 11-County MHealth Service Area plan members must use the Texas True Choice network. Residents of the 11-County MHealth Service Area must receive an authorization to see any provider—including a PHCS – Healthy Directions Network provider—when outside the 11 counties except during emergency situations.
